when ever i run antivirus say virus found in c:\windows\system32\drivers\svchost.exe. Could this Process Be a Virus? I work with .dll and .exe programs daily but am new to the field. Sooner or later the deny setting sticks, but it eventually comes back in a couple of days and I go through this process again.

Since the time this article was written browsers have taken to using multiple instances under the hood. The extremely short version is that you actually don't want to "clean it up", because things are likely working exactly as they should. In fact, it's such a common question that I've discussed it specifically in a prior article What is svchost, and why is there more than one copy running? "The fact is I also have only one instance of svchost.exe running when I turn on my PC but it slows everything to a halt.
