Also have my page files set up properly. have a peek at these guys I think it may be ignoring one of those settings and trying to go into a sleep or power down mode anyway despite being disabled and freezing as a result.

I had the same problems with Vista and Win7 on my desk-top PC's.

Video especially. Sometimes when i turn on a game it freezes after 10-15 minutes (game is okay because once it was working fine no problem). The freeze would lock up the entire system and there is nothing much left to do but to force a restart.  This is rather frustrating since it happens so randomly without If you haven't checked your bios settings make sure you RAM timings are correct. check my blog I think mine had something to do with computer going to sleep.

The problem just came randomly, im sure it is not any of the softwares i have installed, you think it might be the ram frequency speed in the way ?
