I would consider BIOS to be a last resort. This is better than nothing, but I can't understand why This computer is blocking access to Safe Mode through the standard method, other than just being able to view the options. You will then get a message saying it cannot run because the disc is in use, do you want it to run at next boot ? Use the up and down arrow keys to move up and down the options, and when you have settled on the one you want - press the Enter key. Is your hard drive IDE or SATA?

I continued to have issues loading/running Windows, so I was unable to install a new program and run it. Keyboard Doesn't Work In Safe Mode Interesting that IDE 2 is empty. Don't keep going on.

As it didn't, I looked up online and found some articles saying to download puppy linux and an iso application. I couldn't use my computer altogether other than to click on the options "Safe Mode", Safe Mode with Networking, Repair Your Computer, etc with the arrows on my keyboard, as my Can't find my product recovery disk at the minute, but wouldnt that wipe my files anyway?
