While I admit I rarely use AVI myself, I do keep a limited number of files available for "testing" purposes. If I'm wrong, correct me, but don't be mean about it. What I did, which actually worked was to update my divX for mac from 2.1 to 2.2 and I downloaded Perian 1.1 and it worked already. I tried so many days but still no sound. And finally open the video ion avidemux, import the audacity created file as the audio track, then save. I've tried QuickTime, RealPlayer, and iPhoto - none of them play with sound.I had to make a music video for one of my college courses a while ago and my iMovie
